Nick is a passionate technology leader with a focus on service delivery and user experience. Nick holds a bachelor’s degree in information technology from Arizona State University, as well as certifications in Windows Server, MS365, Datto products, and Duo administration. Having previously managed technology field services and assets for the Detroit Public Schools Community District, Nick has experience managing large teams, complex projects, and deployments in excess of 50,000 devices. At Auxiom, Nick has brought his experience to bear in refining processes and developing the Service Delivery team to ensure efficient resolution of client issues and constant improvement of client experiences.
